What’s Included in Coordination (starting 60 days out):​

  • Unlimited communication and bi-weekly coordination calls.

  • Vendor communication takeover & contract review and confirmation of final details with each vendor.

  • Site visit with the couple and key vendors to confirm event flow, layouts, rentals, and on-site logistics.

  • Custom event timeline creation, shared and aligned across all vendors.

  • Venue layout + seating chart assistance for smooth guest flow and table arrangements.

  • Ceremony rehearsal coordination for your full wedding party.

  • Access to Adored Curations Planning Spreadsheet at booking — covering every detail you could imagine.

  • Full wedding-day coordination, including vendor management, timeline execution, and on-site troubleshooting so your day runs flawlessly.​

Partial  or Full Planning

Designed for couples who want expert guidance, creative direction, and hands-on support throughout the entire planning process. If you would like to have our teams handle all of the planning— vendor outreach, booking, design management, and logistics— then we recommend our Full Planning service. If you would like to handle these items on your own with recommendations throughout the process from our team— then we recommend our Partial Planning service.

 

With both planning services, we ensure a seamless, thoughtful, and well-supported planning experience.

What’s Included in Planning:

  • In-depth kickoff strategy call to establish priorities, budget, and planning roadmap.

  • Full-service: vendor sourcing, outreach, contract review, negotiations and booking support. Partial-service: vendor recommendations, and contract review.

  • Detailed design meetings with custom design decks, and recommendations on rentals and florals.

  • Primary point of contact for vendor communication from booking through the wedding. 

  • Comprehensive budget creation and ongoing tracking with strategic guidance.

  • Custom design direction including a tailored design deck and rental/floral guidance.

  • Ongoing planning calls (monthly, increasing in frequency as the wedding approaches). Partial-service: monthly meetings starting at 6 months out.

  • Venue walkthroughs and production planning as needed.
